Paddinton Bear travelled all the way from darkest Peru when the Brown family first met him on Paddington station. He only had a jar of marmalade, a suitcase and his hat. The Browns soon found that Paddington was a very unusual bear.......
This week the Telegraph is allowing us to follow the adventures of this much loved bear with two audio books over the weekend - "A Bear Called Paddington" and "More about Paddington" - and a free book every day until Friday - "Paddington Takes The Test", "Paddington Marches On", "Paddington Helps Out", "Paddington At Large", "Paddington Abroad".
This is just the spiritual food the Christian soul needs with Lent getting quite serious now.
