Living on the Yorkshire coast here in Scarborough we are off centre when we need to connect with an airport or mainline service which adds greatly to costs and time.
Some from the North will travel today and spend a night in London. My plan is to travel by coach via Leeds direct to Heathrow (arriving 3.00 a.m.). This means a Scarborough departure this afternoon between 4 - 5 p.m. The return journey will land me in York by midnight on the 16th and I shall need a taxi from there back to Scarborough. Nevertheless I hope to be at the Dulverton chapel altar at 8.15 a.m. to celebrate the eucharist on Ascension Day.
I shall not be able to post a daily blog whilst I am away but I shall be keeping a diary and will post this when I get back.
Hail Mary full of grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners now,
And at the hour of our death.
Amen.
