Election Action on Aid

E-ALERT APRIL 2010
ELECTION ACTION

What’s happening?

After weeks of waiting and wondering, the 2010 general election date has been set for 6 May. Only one month away. Current MPs now lose their status and join other candidates competing for your vote. They want to hear from you.

Why does it matter?

There are too many people still living in poverty worldwide. This election, let’s seize this chance to speak out about the issues that really matter for poor communities.

What can I do?

In a couple of clicks, you could email your candidates, and influence whoever wins the election to take a stand on poverty and climate justice for the next four years. What’s more, you’ll help show all the major parties how many people across the UK care about action on poverty.
